Step 1

Quotation
We provide quotes for jobs based on drawings sent via PDF, including details such as dimensions, material type, and required finish. Alternatively, you can request a quote by phone, email, or by filling out an enquiry form on our website. If preferred, you may bring the item in for a quote, or we can arrange collection if necessary.

Step 2

Purchase Orders
To process your items, our sales team requires a purchase order. Please ensure it includes the following details: part number, exact quantity, required finish, any specific instructions, and a Certificate of Conformity if applicable.

Step 3

Collection & Delivery
We will inform you when your item is ready and arrange delivery, which typically takes 2-3 days depending on the quantity. We also offer a collection and delivery service. Our regular collection days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. However, if an earlier collection is needed, we can accommodate this. Should you require a courier, we are open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any collection or delivery enquiries.
